果莓早餐 ACAI BREAKFAST BOWL (VEGAN/GF)

1條成熟香蕉
1 large ripe banana
1杯(160克)冷凍櫻桃
1 cup (160g) frozen cherries
1杯(250毫升)椰奶
1 cup (250ml) coconut milk
2湯匙阿薩伊粉
2 tbs acai powder
2湯匙亞麻籽
2 tbs chia seeds
5個腰果,浸泡或者1湯匙堅果黃油
5 cashews, soaked, or 1 tbs nut butter
2 個椰棗,去核
2 Medjool dates, pitted

可選擇的Topping

香蕉片、莓子、堅果、種子
banana slices, berries, nuts, seeds

做法/ Instructions

將所有配料放入攪拌機中,攪拌至光滑和奶油狀,放入碗中。在上面加入你喜歡的水果或者乾果仁。
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

立即食用,放在冰格中可保存長達4個月;
Serve immediately or store in the freezer for up to 4 months.
或者把剩餘的食物放入雪條模具中做成雪條形狀,冷凍4小時後上碟。
Alternatively, place leftovers in popsicle moulds and freeze for 4 hours before serving.
